- 1 onion sliced
- 1 large zucchini thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
